1. Donations

Donations made to Abhishikha Trust NGO are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the funds are immediately allocated towards our charitable activities and projects.

2. Recurring Donations

3. Event Registrations

If you have registered for a paid event organized by Abhishikha Trust NGO and need to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 14 days before the event to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. However, any cancellation made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Merchandise Purchases

If you have purchased merchandise from Abhishikha Trust NGO, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
